As with Golf R models, the new VW Golf R features an aggressive exterior style that exudes the enduring legacy of the hot hatch icon. The exterior features LED lightning and optional 19-inch aluminum alloy wheels to enhance the look and performance of tires. Further, LED headlights with active cornering lights. Plus, the R-Performance rear spoiler improves downforce at high speeds
Interior
Behind the wheel, the interior makes you feel like a racing driver, thanks to a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel. Further, the interior offers ambient lighting accents to set the mood for the drive. Plus, the sports seats are bolstered with integrated head restraints to keep you secure in twisty turns while dressed in optional Nappa leather.
The R-Performance front seats feature carbon-look elements with the sharp R logo on the seatback. You can also set the mood for the drive with ambient lighting accents with 30 configurable colors.
Technology
With technology, you can access your favorite media, including music and podcasts, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. You and your passengers can also enjoy premium sound with the Harman Kardon sound system. You can set the display to fit your needs using the optional Volkswagen Digital Cockpit Pro, including seeing your torque output and g-force meter in real time.
